GOODIE X — Return & Refund Policy

Every GOODIE X piece is made to order, created specifically for you with care and attention to detail. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.

We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase, as all items go into production shortly after payment is confirmed.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified, as production begins immediately.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide clear photo and video evidence along with your order details.

After review and confirmation, GOODIE X will provide a replacement at no additional cost where applicable.

Important Note

Because each product is made to order, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur. These are part of the handcrafted process and are not considered defects.
